Redbird coffee: single origin recommendations

I've run through 5lbs each of Red Bird espresso blend, Brazil sweet blue, and blue jaguar. To my taste, I liked the Brazil sweet blue the most of the three.

For my last bean order, I picked up 4 varieties from Happy Mug coffee and frankly wasn't that impressed. Planning to go back to redbird but would like to try a couple of the single origin coffees.

Any suggestions for which ones are your favorites?
