Game use to run fine, now it crashes all the time while playing..

See the screenshot for the crash report. I've had the game for over a week now and sunk over 24 hours into the game. I've crashed maybe twice before today (random crashes I guess). Now, I load up the game and run around for about a minute and my game crashes, with that same error message each time. I've tried the usual fixes (restart computer, vervify integrity of game files etc). Does anybody have a solution?
