What's a 70-410 "worth"?

I'm trying to get my MCSE for Server 2012 R2 (yes, a bit outdated...not the point though), however, i'm not sure i can get through the 70-411 and 70-412 in the timeframe that has been set for me.

So the question is: Is the 70-410 in itself worth something...?
