[Mod] Help me translate Antenna Helper in German and Italian

Hi Reddit

I'm the author of Antenna Helper (AH) a mod that calculate your antenna's maximum range/signal strength (and some other antenna/CommNet stuff, see the above link for more info). With the release of KSP 1.4 and the new localization I'm looking for help to translate AH in German and Italian (already got volunteer for the others languages).
