Polygondwanaland list?

Can we compile a list of record companies currently selling, or taking pre orders for Polygondwanaland? I wasn't on reddit or in the KGATLW facebook group when Poly came out, so maybe I just missed a bunch because I was out of the loop. I thought maybe this would be a good idea for newcomers, or for people who are having a hard time deciding which one to get.
