Best Way to Get Into Watching Tennis?

I'm wanting to start watching tennis but have no idea where to start. What tournaments are on and when, what players to follow.

I'm Scottish so naturally I'm a Murray supporter mainly but I've heard he's out of it for a bit? Any advice on where to start would be appreciated, cheers :)
