Anyone shot with a PhaseOne?

I'm considering getting into medium format. I've been shooting with a Canon 5D Mark II for YEARS, but want to make the jump. I have a demo next Wednesday that I'm really excited about, but was wanting to hear others' experience with using the PhaseOne.

Pros? Cons? What you hated? What you loved?
