New-ish to photography; should I buy these lenses?

I've wanted a macro lens for quite a while but the price has put me off. Same with a 24-105mm L lens.

I have the opportunity to buy them second-hand at less than half price(well taken care of, ex-pro owner).

Worth it or should I wait until I'm more experienced?
