How the hell do I keep a conversation going on Tinder?

I just started using Tinder and matched with a few people, but matched with one girl that I am actually genuinely interested in, but I have no idea how to keep a conversation going with someone I barely know. Now this is kind of on me too, because I haven't texted someone casually for a conversation in at least two years, but still, I'm just lost.

To clarify, she isn't sending dead end responses, I am just trying not to send messages that encourage dead end responses, and it's a struggle.
