9300 Curve 3G connecting to Mac to sync - help

Hello Guys,

I have a 9300 Curve 3G and trying to sync with my Mac (contacts). Running Mac OS X 10.13.3 (17D102) and having issues with the BlackBerry Desktop Software not finding my phone. Any help?
