Connection problems

Recently, I've had terrible connectivity issues. Whenever I start a new battle, I'm almost always the last one in, and when I actually get the opportunity to play, I'm always stuttering and lagging. It's pissing me off and pushing me further and further from playing it. I have an Intel I3 processor, and a decent graphics card. I play on the NA server. This has been going on for I'm guessing almost two weeks.
