[Guide] How to appeal for a ban from our Clan Chats

#How to appeal for a ban from our CC's / Discord:

Step 1 - Copy the application form (see form below).

Step 2 - Go to the sidebar on the left, scroll all the way down.

Step 3 - Find "Message the Moderators" link

Step 4 - Put Ban Appeal Your RSN in the title

Step 5 - Paste & fill in the form in the body of the message (form; see below)

Step 7 - Send the form

Once you've sent it, we'll reply with a confirmation that we have your appeal under review. You can expect another reply within 2 weeks, with the results of your ban appeal. If your appeal is accepted, you will be unbanned on the second Friday after the date of appeal acceptance.

Note: If your appeal is denied you may reapply to be unbanned in eight (8) weeks starting from the date of the denial of your appeal.

This entire form must be filled out (except where stated optional) to be considered for appeal acceptance. Any ban appeal not properly filled out will be automatically denied.
