Women, what is your biggest obstacle when it comes to meeting guys?

I've noticed I see a lot of really attractive women on dating sites for some reason. Just more than I would expect. Even bartenders. You would think an attractive bartender wouldn't have a problem meeting guys.

I know women on dating sites get slammed with messages but most are weird and stuff like that. Why would you even deal with that? Don't guys already try to talk to you on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.?

In person do guys just never approach and try to talk to you? Are a large fraction of guys undatable weirdos?

Just trying to understand the woman's perspective.
