Possible Bug/Glitch?

Recently, a couple of friends and i were on expeditions to finish off completing our canteen ingredients list. After, what seemed like hours of gathering and hunting down the secret ingredients we narrowed down our missing ingredients to about 1-3 items, we called it a day, SAVED, and resumed play today. However, we noticed that we are now missing about 5-10 ingredients a piece (the secret ingredients happen to be there for us), these are ingredients that we had prior to hunting down the secret ingredients and are now concerned if this is a bug or a glitch or some sort. Has anyone else experienced this recently? If so, are they still missing?
