I have a few questions about moving to san diego

Hi there,
I am wondering:

1. How is parking? Is everything a pay toll or can i comfortably drive to the grocery store and find a spot

2. I have a long beard and dreaded hair, caucasian. Ive been self employed for a looong while and have no intentions to cut or trim my hair, but i was considering to look for a part time job for additional income. Is san diego open to this sort of look? Are there any hippies living in the area? Or is it very upper class, neat and trimmed? Im wondering for the sake of being able to or not being able to find a job.

3. Is traffic horrible? I took a trip to los angeles once and the tourism and whatever it was and the amount of people there made me sick. Im in vegas now and its nothing like los angeles

4. How about sharks and jelly fish?

5. Is san diego very dirty or is it clean?

6. People in vegas seem mad for some reason. How about the people in diego?

Anything else i should know?
