Is ‘shadows die twice’ Bloodborne 2?

I mean it has to be, right? For those who don’t know, this is FromSoftware’s new mystery game. Heck I’d buy anything blind from them at this point, but my bet it’s gonna be Bloodborne 2 after all.

Making this free in PS+ was a stroke of genius marketing wise if that ends up being the case. It’s beautiful seeing so much new life on this subreddit 3 years after release. It definitely made me wanna replay it again.

I know a lot of people say we dont need a Bloodborne sequel as it is pretty much perfect as it is, but they could give it the Dark Souls treatment, which is my preference too. Just keep the core gameplay and mechanics which we all fell in love with and place it in a new setting with a new story.

My dream was always Bloodborne in an ancient Japanese setting. And judging by that 10 second teaser we got which has japanese writing in the background, this could be a strong possibilty. Not to mention the Chikage is my favorite weapon in the game.

What do you guys think or hope for?
