Description of problem

https://i.imgur.com/OQO245N.jpg Can't figure it out why is my GPU at 100% load even if I don't use the system (it's idle). Task manager not showing any program to use GPU but GPU-Z is showing load at 100%.I noticed it when I heard fans started to spin and couldn't explain why. I did try to unninstal all drivers with DDU, doesn't help.

Any idea? Thanks.
