4K 60p for slow motion

So I‘m going to shoot some video tomorrow. I‘d like to include some shots in 4K 60p to be able to slow them down.

So just to be sure:

The highest possible frame rate is 59.94p, NOT 60p. And to be able to slo mo them smoothly I need to edit in 29.97p.

I also need to shoot at minimal shutter speed of 1/60.

Did I get anything wrong here?
