Help with LLRF Guardian Build

I am trying to follow Zizaran's LLRF Guardian build he was doing earlier in the league. I got a snapshot of his path of building and was following that. The issue I am having is that I am unable to figure how he is reserving life for both vitality and discipline. I believe I have all the reductions for reservations that he has, as well as a lvl 21 Blood Magic. Also any other recommendations are welcome.
