Table Top Mic for Xbox One X Possible?

I guess I am one of few who actually loved the Kinect, and I am very disappointed about the discontinuation of it. With this said I'm a visually impaired gamer who relies on voice command regularly to enhance my gaming experience. Also this day and age it makes sense to be able to use a 500 dollar centerpiece as a voice assistant as well.

A few questions. Been doing a lot of research and can't find anything about whether or not the xbox one x supports a table top microphone as a replacement for the Kinect. I am also curious to know if there is a camera that is equal in quality to the Kinect? Thanks in advance all, and looking forward to interacting with everyone here in the xbox reddit. :) BTW, loving the new XBox One X, it's a monster for sure. Can't wait until MS flushes the hickups in the UI.
