Faceit Anti Cheat not launching and no response from Faceit support

Hey guys, I downloaded the client yesterday morning and the anti cheat with the intent to play in the new NA East division for Faceit. My anti cheat doesn't launch the small window to log into and I can not close the program on task manager to retry. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, running as administrator and restarting PC. The only thing I haven't tried is a fresh install of windows which I am trying to avoid because I have a league match this evening and don't want to create issues with a match so close to starting. Faceit's anti cheat FAQ also did not help me at all and I'm afraid that even if I reinstall windows it won't fix the issue and then I'm out 17$ (paid for 3 monthes like an idiot). I put in a ticket yesterday and a ticket today with no response. Has anyone had this issue or have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
