What is your CC strategy?

My strategy was to hoard all the r90s from dailies and sell for BIG points. It seems to me that I should throw that out the window now.

Why would anyone buy my over priced r90-99 items when you can buy all the cheap low rarity to donate? It would be more cost effective to buy the lower end items. You'd be spending less nps per CC points.
