FPS and Ping Problems

so recently my ping in games like overwatch have been through the roof 130+ ping while I normally get 50-60 my internet is really good and in speed tests my ping is 25, and in League of Legends and the pubg Menu (not pubg in game just in the menu) i get Really low fps like 9, since I have a 1060 6 gb my fps is normally 100+ so I don't know why this is happening but it started suddenly if anyone has a fix please help thanks, my dudes,.

EDIT: Solved If anyone has the same problem uninstalling everything nvidia and reinstalling works ty my Doggies <3
