USB C dock with ethernet, PD, and a detachable cable

I'm looking for an affordable USB C dock that more or less only has ethernet and can PD upstream to the laptop. More importantly I want to be able to attach a USB C cable between this dock and my laptop and not have the cable be part of the dock. Does such a thing exist? Thanks!
