Is there a way to get fingerprinted in Montréal?

I'm an American living in Montréal going to apply for an international organization and I need to get fingerprinted and I have to submit this paper that they gave me with my fingerprints to this organization. Afterwards, they'll conduct an FBI search on me.

Problem is, I called the SPVM both downtown and in my neighborhood and they told me they don't do fingerprints for that. They told me to contact the RCMP and according to their website: "We do not provide fingerprinting services in Quebec". So, I'm kind of at a loss. I called Sûreté Québec and they told me to contact 911. 911 told me to contact 1441 Saint-Urbain but I feel like when I'm going to call them they're also going to tell me that for my case, they can't do my fingerprints. Regardless, I'm going to contact them tomorrow. Also, that US Consulate sucks, hahahaha.

So, if tomorrow's phone call doesn't pane out, I'm unsure of what to do except going back to the United States for the weekend and trying to figure something out.
