Considering Freedom 28 Cat Ketch as first liveaboard

I'm going to check it out for the first time this afternoon. Any thoughts?

EDIT: The boat was a garbage scow, the owner would have to pay me to take it. Marina master said the owner hadn't touched it in ten years. Waste of a good hull, I'm disappointed.
