Ubisoft needs to do something about the servers and people who leave ranked

Alright so me and 3 buddies are playing ranked, we lose the first round and 1 guy left(this is in gold). Now 4v5 we end up with a 4-4 score last round and i get kicked because my client is not responding because of connectivity and i got suspended for 15 minutes. The round is ongoing as i write this. First off they need to do something about people leaving, secondly something needs to be done about the connectivity issues in ranked. wtf is this shit
