Need help perfecting a build

I'm planning on getting Uragaan Mail a, Dragonking Eyepatch a, Kaiser Vambraces b, Uragaan Coil b, Death Stench Heel a, and Whetstone Charm III. Is this a good build?

I want Partbreaker, Weakness Exploit, and Speed Sharpening. Are these good together?
