Just got back my results. I produce enough neutrophils, but they have reduced burst activity. What disease could cause this?

I'm 26. 5 ft 11. 176 lb. I suspected an immune defect because of fungal infections, sinusitis etc. Constantly tired. gastro issues (gas, diarrhea) dry eyes, dry mouth. Hypothyroid. I Also have upper right abdomen pain but my gallbladder is fine.

Can anyone help?

amount of times sick: I was often sick as a child. ear infections, stomach ache, always had a congested nose or a cough. I got really sick 10 years ago after taking antibiotics that caused a yeast infection. since then I have thrush in my mouth and gastro issues. Also had my appendix taken out. I had raised gluten antibodies 5 years ago. Since then I live gluten free. Which stopped the stomach pains. My stool is pale/yellow soft.

Edit: lab test neutrophils:

E.Coli phagocytosis: result 88.0% (reference area >84)

burst positive cells: result 95.0% (reference area >90)

burst activity: result 190 (reference area >270)
