[Idea] Universal Merge Token

This item is used to add +1 merge to any character including TT /GHB units (does not change IV). How to get it? Everytime you summon, you have 0,1% chances of getting one, everytime you summon your pity rate increase +0,1%, this means you need to waste 50 orbs to have 1,0% chances of getting this item, this item can appears in any colours and everytime you get one it resets to 0,1%. This pity rate transfer over banners. NOTE: this items REPLACE a summoned hero, which means when you get a Universal Merge Token you get NO HERO from the orb you summoned.
