brawler confessor viable?

Is this viable or suboptimal?

Was thinking of fitting pulse lasers, nos, double reps.

All I’ve seen so far are sniper confessors in the time I’ve played.

The idea would be to catch stuff in nullsec with bubble and brawl them.
