S7 taking 6.5 hours to charge from 0-100%

Hi guys,

So my S7 stopped fast charging altogether about a month ago was taking around 6 hours to charge to full. I sent the device to Samsung as it was still under warranty who sent it to their third party repair contractor Anovo UK who told me that I had damaged the micro USB port despite me treating it like a god and told me it would be £125 to repair and sent a blurry picture of the micro USB port. Devastated, I decided against it as I'm quite low on money at the moment and got it repaired cheaper by a mobile repair shop.

They've replaced the charging port connector on the phone but the problem is still happening! I've factory reset/cleared cache and used half a dozen cables and the official fast charger but still no luck?

Has anybody had this problem before? Should they have changed the charging port flex board instead of just the connector? :(
