F30 manual transmission 2nd gear synchros that bad?

Saw a few things posted online saying the 2nd gear synchros in the F30 manuals were garbage / had a massively high fail rate on the BMW forums. People with sub 20,000 mile cars saying this and someone saying they looked at manuals where 2 of the 3 had bad 2nd gear synchros that were toast.

It has me a bit worried now I love my car and im at 67,000 miles (got the car in 2016 with 52,000) no symptoms but ill admit im still newish as a manual daily driver (i dont learch every gear change but i could be better)

Are the MT F30's that bad or is this a case of the internet making it sound far, far worse than it is (nobody goes and says online my car does not have X issue or is perfect).
