[Regional] Anybody from Sweden who had to pay some extra fees on their packages ever since Postnord and Tullverket changed(?) their policy?

Hey guys!

I'm specifically referring to this post from a month ago. The way I understand it is that Postnord was referring to packages coming from China, but other sources say it includes all countries outside of the EU so I'm a bit confused now and wondering if anybody in Sweden actually got charged to pay some fees on their AB packages (from SK/JP) since March is here?

The last three packages I ordered arrived at the end of February I believe (around 20th-25th iirc), two of which from South Korea (Jolse) and one from Japan (eBay). Luckily, I didn't have to pay anything extra on them, though when I was receiving them at an ICA store nearby, the guy working there was like "and this package is gonna cost you 50 kr - oh sorry my bad, I read wrong, you don't have to pay anything". So yeah, I did get a mini heart attack there lol.

So now that March is finally here, did somebody have to pay smth extra? And how much did it cost? I'm yolo'ing it rn and waiting for two packages to arrive, one from Roseroseshop and the other one from Ibuybeauti. Sooo fingers crossed.

UPDATE 1 My order from RRS has a tracking number. The package has arrived SESTOA today and when I put the tracking number on Postnord's official site, it says "Under tullbehandling. Sändningen importhanteras av PostNord. Leveranstid kan därför inte beräknas ännu." - which is the first time they show such a message! I always track my RRS orders on Postnord as soon as they arrive at SESTOA and I never got such a message. The tracking updates on Postnord are the following

Försändelsen har ankommit mottagarlandet.

Försändelsen tullklareras av oss. -> new !!!

Since it's friday today, I'll probably get the package on monday. Hopefully I won't have to pay anything sweats nervously.

UPDATE 2 Got an SMS from Postnord yesterday saying "Ditt paket har kommit till Sverige. Innan PostNord kan skicka det till dig behöver moms och hanteringsavgift om sammanlagt 299,76 kr betalas enligt specifikation på betalsidan." with a link to where I could pay the shit and a deadline for the payment. 300 kr is WAY too much, and makes no sense with what their website says about the fee.

Enligt deras hemsida skall man betala 75 kr hanteringsavgift om paketets värde underskrider 1500 kr, vilket mitt paket gör (125 kr om det överskrider 1500 kr). Sedan när det gäller moms så räknar de med 25% på paketets värde. Mitt paket från RRS kostar 39 usd (och är ganska säker att RRS har även skrivit 20 usd som paketets värde men iaf). 25% på 39 usd är 9.75 usd, konverterat till sek blir det ca 80 kr. Plus hanteringsavgift borde det bli runt 155 kr och inte 300!!! Ska ringa kundtjänsten imorgon.
