Is my SL90 overpowered?

Only been playing Dark Souls 3 a few months now and with my first play through I used no online whatsoever and went with a quality STR/DXT character. Although now on my second playthrough, I have just got to The Ringed City and still have Archdragon Peak to complete after this. I have basically no prior experience playing PVP or duelling but I am winning most of my battles in these scenarios. I did try a little on my first character but got ruined regularly so just stuck to offline. Let me know what you guys think, and maybe point out how I could improve it possibly but still staying at SL90.

Starting class - Herald, VIG - 29(+5), ATT - 24, END - 35(+5), VIT - 13(+5), STR - 16, DXT - 13(+5), INT - 8, FTH - 30, LCK - 11.

Full Dancer set, +8 Heavy Lothric Knight GS (2 handed, I keep it at this level for better matchmaking), +5 Canvas Talisman, Crest Shield (Stamina), Ring of Steel Protection +3, Ring of Favour +3, Prisoners Chain, Hunters Ring.

Miracles - Deep Protection, Oath of Sunlight, Lightning Blade.

I can also swap out my LKGS for Astora GS so I can use a shield/sword combo.

The Dancer set has brilliant poise for such a light set of items and when I trade with people I can literally 4 hit stagger combo anybody in my summon range with LKGS and all 3 miracles stacked. Like I said I am quite new to this game and I am really happy with how this has played out but maybe some of you more experienced and knowledgeable people could maybe point out how to better my character even further.
