Relatively On Model Fan Artist Recommendations

So I'm wanting to commission a piece of art for DDLC and I'm looking for some recommendations on artists that capture the "essence" of the girls in their art.

An example of capturing the essence are artists that are close to being on model.

It's hard to explain because sometimes it's just a feeling. You look at fan art and it may not be on model, but you get the feeling that they have an understanding of the characters.
