Is it possible to have a pharmacist call you when somebody fills a prescription?

My sister is living with me, and has always been suicidal. Pills seem to be her method of choice. She's recently been cut down to a couple days at a time per prescription since her last attempt, instead of 3 months. However it seems she got multiple prescriptions filled last time she went.

I'd like to take control of her prescriptions by locking them away and personally handing her her daily meds. My only problem is I can't be sure she'll be honest with me when she's gone and filled a prescription. Is there anything I can do about that?
