Vent. Difficulty getting needles

My god, it has been such an ordeal getting my prescriptions in order! Other than my doctor not sending in refills, the pharmacy itself has been horrible as well. I've had such a problem trying to get my syringes, and it is so ridiculous! To start with there was a note on my very first prescription asking "does or have syringes?" I had a new prescription for them that came with the new prescription for the T and the draw needles. If I am asking you to fill a prescription it means that I need what was prescribed. MEANING I DO NOT HAVE THE SYRINGES! I had to get it filled through a different CVS because when I confronted them about it, they "claimed" that they were getting an error message when trying to order the prescription. This despite the fact that I had been trying to use their automated refill functions and was told specific dates the syringes would be ready. No response, and the first time I asked about it, they simply told me I would have to wait longer. They didn't tell me until I visited ready to yell at someone that they HADN'T EVEN ORDERED MY PRESCRIPTION. And this was the same week that I was supposed to be learning how to take my first shot!

Now, I tried to fill my remaining refill through the same pharmacy. It's the closest but still decently out of the way for me to go to for prescriptions, especially if it's only one at a time. Big mistake! They told me through their website it was pending. Then to contact my pharmacist. The first time I asked they said it would be simpler to go through the other location if they already had syringes in. So I go to try and change the pickup location. I don't have the option. I ask while I'm picking up my draw needles today, because I really am running low by now, and I need to get them in soon. I'm told that they can check to see if I'm simply out of refills, which on my online account it does say I am. The man working the drop off computer says I have a refill on file and asks incredulously "do you still want to request a refill?" Again, I've had an issue with my doctor not seeing refill requests for multiple weeks, and I am desperately trying to make sure I never miss another dose, because it is the worst feeling in the world going an entire week knowing that I'm not getting my hormones because of other people's incompetence. So I tell the guy "yeah, if we could ask for refills and you know, actually get the refill I have on file" thinking we'd kill two birds with one stone. He comes back to me and tells me that since he put in the refill request the computer won't allow him to fill the prescription. What? Did he not have the common sense to fill the prescription first? I need the actual needles, not just a ton if refills on file! Digital prescription notes do not draw up my medicine so I can sdminiater it!! This man went to college and got a degree to work in a pharmacy, but he needed me to spell out that I needed the actual syringes they were allowed to give me, more than I needed him to get /more/ refills!?

Tl;dr, I think my closest pharmacy is acting like a passive aggressive boyfriend and jerking me around so they don't have to fill my syringe prescription because they automatically assume anyone purchasing syringes or small gauge needles is a drug addict
