Where can I find ( Scavs from which map ) that 203 key for prapor quest?

God dammit I have some posts about this key. I could find m.key, gdesk, and a lot more that I don't want, but this stupid key, this 203, I can't find it. Does scavs from customs have it? Or should I loot them from scavs in another map?
