You can charge the Jumping Wide Slash. It has three levels just like the charged swings.

To charge it, charge your tackle. Whatever level your tackle is released at will carry to the Jumping Wide Slash.

I've often found myself tackling through on-coming damage with no decent follow up, but this hits for more damage than a fully charged Strong Charge.
