UPDATE #2 REGARDING US DISTRIBUTION

Hey everyone, I just want to drop in with a second quick update.

Regarding orders that are in purgatory: I messaged the distributor about this and got an answer today - "Hello Brad, once the packages leave us and go to the USPS office we cannot control how fast they scan them in or show movement. It's something we deal with often with customers... sometimes a package we send out won't show any movement for days, then suddenly updates and shows delivered or as being in a facility 4 states away."

Regarding orders that we were promised would be sent out on Saturday: "Yes, we tried, but after working 16 hour shifts all week trying to keep up with the issues with your gear/packaging/inventory/shortages and do our own orders out staff was exhausted and starting to get sick. I told them to go - exhaust leads to mistakes which none of us want. So it's my fault."

I've got a list of order numbers that they say will be sent out today so I'll be in contact with those customers shortly to let them know. I also have a list of orders for which they say we oversold on Double Grape and AvT so those orders have been passed over to Daz for him to complete. We may have low stock levels on these so if you're waiting on an order for these strains and don't mind swapping them out for something then please be in touch with daz @ mephistogenetics.com

Once again, we can only apologise for these issues and hopefully we can get them straightened out soon. Hopefully we can find distribution in the US that can cope with the workload sooner rather than later.
