Melancholy / Dreamy Books

Looking for something that falls into that Virgin Suicides feeling. I'll take any sort of genre (romance, mystery etc.,) that can feel like that wavering uncertainty of "will anything good happen?" or "is this really happening?" type of story. Thanks! :)
