I'm having anxiety over some Buggy Code

I have a pretty bad anxiety disorder, and I'm having a lot of trouble with hyperventilation while trying frantically to fix a bug in some code I've written.

I'm worried I'll never be able to fix it, and that every "fix" I make deepens the rabbit hole I'm basically digging - But I also have /strong/ ADHD and I'm hyper focused on it!

Does anyone have some tips for calming down, despite not being able to stop doing what I'm doing? If I try to stop, I start spinning around the idea that I'll forget what the bug is caused by or where it's happening. If I don't stop, I keep feeling this suffocating pressure in my chest.

My coping mechanism? Working with computer mechanisms.

Help. Me.

EDIT: I fixed the bug!!! I'm still looking for help breaking cycles like this, though.
