What's the hepatotoxicity likelihood for my combining of Tylenol and alcohol?

I am concerned about acute liver failure/severe damage. I was being poisoned which caused severe nausea, vomiting, and headache...so I took an absurd amount of acetaminophen (Tylenol) (<1000 each time though) and when that didn't completely alleviate the physical pain I started drinking heavily. I knew the risks to my liver but in my malaise I didn't care. I just didn't want to feel sick anymore. I continued this for ~3 days. I now feel a pain in my abdomen where my liver is located. I don't have any signs of jaundice (yet) but I'm expecting it. What are the chances that I'm in serious trouble here?

Info:

I am 21. I am female-to-male transsexual on Testosterone. I am 5'9 I am 129 lbs I am white The pain started several hours ago. The alcohol/tylenol combo lasted ~3 days. I am in Georgia, United States and the pain is about 5 inches north of my pelvis. Relevant medical conditions: Transsexualism being treated with HRT, opioid dependence (recovering), everything else is neurological/psychiatric Meds: Testosterone cypionate (.5 ml weekly), Suboxone sublingual film (buprenorphine and naloxone, 2mg/0.5mg twice daily).

(Additionally, I am prescribed haldol 2mg twice daily, Fluvoxamine 150mg once daily, Olanzapine 10mg once daily, and lithium (dosage forgotten) However, I have not taken those in a little while)
