Top Surgery in Europe

Since I have little chances to get top surgery done anytime soon in my country (Germany) I am looking for advices and recommendations on top surgery in other European countries. I'll pay it by myself so I'm looking for good surgeons accepting EU foreigners as their clients who do not have very long waitlists. Any tipps appreciated!
