Questions about going stereo

Hey everyone I would like to try going stereo and I’m confused about this whole “ground loop” thing.

I have a TC corona that outputs stereo, and I have an old Digitech GNX3000 that can route a signal through it and bypass all effects, and output in stereo. And I got two amps. I would prefer to use the GNX as the splitter, I mention the corona cause I doubt most have heard of the GNX and I think functionally it would be the same idea.

My thought is to have my guitar go into the GNX and split into two pedalboards and two amps. It could be neat I could have two wildly different sounds at once.

If I just power each amp with a separate outlet will I be alright? Any other concerns?
