Some Help with my refund request would be nice :)

Hi there I´ve done my refund request on February 15, 2018 20:12. This was my request. Hi CS,

I have lost confidence in the project. Star Citizen is developing in a different direction as it was announced. So I ask for a refund of $ 485. This includes the following purchase file.

170 $ Saber sold as a stealth fighter. Neither stealth has been in the game ever since. And it has not been announced when it comes into the game. Therefore also the Upgrade for the Hurricane 5$.

275$ Eclipse see stealth mechanic. This ship was announced to be flight ready for Dec 17.

35$ Nox announced as racer. Neither racing is in the game or the Nox could do racing to know bugs.

My payment was done via PayPal and i would like to receive the refund to my paypal account.

I´ve some more ships on my accout. But since this request i got some mailing with DonKarnage from CIG. The normal "delays" i think but my question is how long should i wait for a decision? Or have i to go for some legal actions? If yes where have I to do this? Im from Germany. Thank you for your help :)
