HELP: HyperX Cloud Flight volume adjustment causing major lagging issues...

Hi all - I just purchased the HyperX Cloud Flight headset and am having major issues with sound adjustment.

Whenever I use the dial on the side of the headset, the audio change is immediately recognizable, however windows 10 audio mixer puts the pop up of the volume level (small box not the entire mixer) to show the input change and it takes up to 3 minutes (!) for the adjustment to "show" on the mixer popup.

During this lag downtime I am unable to switch apps, hit the windows key to bring up the task bar, control+alt+delete, etc.

I've tried restarting. I've tried removing the headset drivers and "reinstalling".

I have not tried plugging the headset in with the wire because even if it works I don't care I don't want to play wired due to my setup.

Anyone else have the issues?
