What's wrong with Sony and their platinum themes

It's been more than 2 months since I platinumed Bloodborne, and about 2 months since I platinumed Horizon, and I still haven't received the emails with the vouchers. My trophies are visible to all and I've enabled to the option to receive emails from Sony and partners in my account settings(which was enabled from the start since I made my account anyway). I even unchecked and rechecked that option in my settings to make sure it works properly and even went the extra mile to subscribe for playstation newsletter manually on their site. I've checked my spam mails, and searched for keywords like bloodborne, but nothing pops up. Ultimately I've come to the conclusion that my email works fine, since I receive their weekly newsletter and offers normally. My next step was to contact them via email. I emailed them via the contact form on their site about five times already and I still haven't received a single reply. I called the specific phone numbers they had on their site for my country, but I couldnt get a hold of them. After that, I tried using the UK live chat(even though I don't live in the UK, but I am in Europe so I figured it may actually work). Finally, I managed to talk to a guy who checked my account and said the problem is probably my licenses. He told me to restore licenses on the PS4 menu under account management, and the themes will arrive shortly. I did as I was instructed and well, I waited. That was last Wednesday and still I haven't received anything. I don't know if I should try the live chat again or give up completely at this point.
