Well, it finally happened...

After 3+ years of playing my account was finally stolen. I attempted to log on today after an admittedly long break and my password wouldn’t work. Tried to reset and the email associated with it is not one of mine.

The strange thing is that my account is still in my guild and has at least some of the same friends. I was able to view my island from my wife’s account and it seems unchanged.

I emailed com2 but I’m not expecting much from what I’ve read.

For the record I’ve never used a third party site. Not even rune optimizers. I have spent several hundred dollars over the years and that’s honestly the only reason I’m not just outright quitting.
